In the Terms of Use, the term "HDR Haus" refers to Lush Rentals LLC, HDR Haus employees, and any other party authorized to represent HDR Haus.
HDR Haus offers professional photography services for both residential and commercial properties, including still photos, videos, 3D virtual tours, and floor plan illustrations. We also create personalized property web pages for digital advertising purposes.
To use our services, customers must have the consent of the property owners and be authorized to enter the properties without any limitations. By submitting information through our booking application, customers are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions stated above, including obtaining permission from the property owners to use any photos or digital content for advertising and other purposes.
After the customer has engaged in our services, HDR Haus and its subsidiaries will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or harm to any person or property. It is important to note that HDR Haus owns all content created by HDR Haus and its subsidiaries, including photos, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, and any other digital or print content provided to the customer by HDR Haus.
Please be advised that HDR Haus cannot be held responsible for any website downtime, loss of information, booking details, or other content that may be hosted on other platforms or applications. It is worth noting that HDR Haus uses third-party services that may also be undergoing maintenance or may cease to exist at any point in time. As a result, HDR Haus cannot guarantee the availability and regularity of such services. Please keep in mind that the information provided to customers via phone or email contact may not always be accurate, as services may change at any time.
Asteroom offers 3D virtual tours free for up to 45 days. After that, a monthly subscription fee of $9/property applies. To avoid payments, cancel within 180 days. Cancel through email support@hdrhaus.com. Customer who cancel within 7 days of being charged the fee will be eligible for a refund for that month. No refunds for active tour subscription payments exceeding 7 days of the paid invoice.
Please download all photos from third-party links within 72 hours of receiving them, as we need to ensure storage availability for all customers. Note that videos with music do not come with licenses to the music and it is up to you to decide whether to purchase an audio license. Any music or audio used in our services is solely for the purpose of showcasing our work and not intended for advertising.
Please note that HDR Haus cannot guarantee the reliability or accuracy of any information or content available on our website. The floor plans generated by HDR Haus are provided as illustrations only and may not accurately or directly reflect the measurements of the properties, including but not limited to interior and exterior rooms, structures, and other building-related components. There is an approximate 5% variance in all floor plans, and all parties involved should conduct their own due diligence before making any decisions.
Please note that HDR Haus cannot guarantee that this website is completely free of viruses or attacks that may retrieve or use harmful information. The information provided on this website is generally considered to be insecure and does not provide any warranty of security. Moreover, the time slots displayed on the website for each booking are not indicative of the precise time the photographer will conduct the photo shoot. They just indicate a time frame within which the photographer will arrive on-site. Therefore, the duration of the photoshoot process may take as little or as long as necessary for the photographer to capture the required content.
Due to the nature of digital content redistribution, we have a strict no-refund policy. Once the content is delivered to the client, all sales are final.
